Is your jewelry real? Is it new?

Our jewelry is real.  We do not sell plated metals or fake diamonds, or CZ or lab-grown diamonds.
Our jewelry is new.  But occasionally we'll list an item that is not new.  When we do this we make it very clear on the product page that the item is second-hand.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.  We use Square to process your credit and debit card payments securely.  We DO NOT store your card information.​

What is your return policy?

We have a FINAL SALE policy and therefore do not accept returns for any reason.  You do, however, have the option of returning the product within 30 days for STORE CREDIT, which expires 12 months after issuance.

If your jewelry is damaged during the shipment process, you will be able to submit a claim with the shipment carrier since we insure ALL our products during shipment.

Do you offer any warranties or guarantees?

No, we do not.  You make your purchase as-is and all sales are FINAL.  But that is why we go above and beyond in providing the level of detail for each jewelry item, along with numerous pictures and videos to show you the item's true quality.  And you're encouraged to reach out to ask questions so you can make as an informed purchase as you want.

What if I want a product that resembles something you have but you don't have it in stock?  Or how about a random piece of jewelry I thought of as I was going through your inventory?

This happens a lot.  No worries.  You can e-mail us and we'll reach out to you and we can help you get the ideal piece of jewelry you're looking for.

Do you service jewelry?  How much?

Yes, however, we will work with our trusted partners to get your jewelry serviced.

The cost is quoted when you reach out to us and describe what you need serviced.  So feel free to e-mail us and we'll reach out to you for more information.

Do you offer engraving?  How about custom nameplates?

Yes, but availability and pricing will depend on the piece of jewelry you want to get engraved.

We also do custom nameplates but you would have to reach out to us about that and we can work with you to get exactly what you need.

How do I know what ring size I am?

Most rings are made with the average ring size in mind and if you want to make your ring smaller or larger you can bring it to your nearest jewelry store and they can help or you can reach out to us and we can suggest a few stores who we partner with and you can visit them and get your ring's size adjusted AT NO COST.  Limitations apply based on the size adjustment you're seeking.
Alternatively, you can buy a ring size tool (usually around $10-20 online), and you can measure your ring size.

How will you ship my item to me?  Is it safe?  Do you charge for shipping?

We ship to you AT NO EXTRA COST.  We ship with trusted shippers like UPS, Fedex, and USPS.  We also insure the shipment for the price you paid for it, so in the event something happens to your shipment, you will not lose any money.
We DO NOT ship internationally.

Can I track my order?  When will it arrive?

Yes, we will e-mail you a confirmation when your item has shipped, along with the shipment's tracking number so you can stay on top of your order's journey to your doorstep.
It usually take 5-10 days from when we confirm your order for your shipment to arrive.  But sometimes even quicker.

What if my jewelry is damaged during the shipment process?

This almost never happens.  But if it does, it is crucial you reach out to us immediately and we can advise you of the next steps.  Be sure to NOT THROW OUT ANYTHING.  AND PLEASE TAKE AS MANY CLEAR PICTURES OF THE DAMAGES AS POSSIBLE.
